Barcelona and Catalonia in general is full of beautiful places, spaces and venues to celebrate the wedding of your dreams as it offers a wide range of possibilities and different options for all tastes.
In Soundsystem we have been working throughout Catalonia for years offering our audiovisual, sound and lighting services and we have provided all kinds of live music performances, DJ’s, artists and animations for weddings and all kinds of events and we will review some of our favourite places to celebrate weddings in Catalonia.
We start with Barcelona and its surroundings, where as a cutting-edge city and in constant renovation we can highlight its modernist route and its countless spaces, hotels and restaurants where we can celebrate weddings to suit the client.
Thus we can find spaces as varied as the Hotel Arts in Barcelona with its lounges and terraces, the Les Marines restaurant in Gavà next to the beach, the grandiose and elegant Masía Egara in Terrassa or such curious spaces as La Villa del Arte in the centre of Barcelona, where an art gallery can become the ideal space to hold an event.
Very close to Barcelona are the Montseny mountains, and this is another of the magical places in Catalonia to celebrate weddings. As an example you can find the Hotel Can Cuch and delight in the views from its privileged location.
El Garraf and El Penedés are 2 areas that we love to celebrate weddings with their villas and farmhouses lost among its mountains such as Villa Catalina or Casa Félix and its landscapes surrounded by vineyards are also ideal for this type of celebration. Wineries and cavas are great places to celebrate weddings such as Torre del Veguer, Cavas Codorniu, Vallformosa, etc.
Tarragona, El Priorat and the lands of the Ebro are areas where we also love to work. The gastronomic quality is always a point to stand out for what Catalonia is also an ideal destination for weddings and as an example in the lands of the Ebro we can put the Hotel Villa Retiro with its restaurant with a Michelin star and an incredible space for this type of celebrations. Always working side by side with great professionals makes your event a guarantee of success.
From Maresme up, to La Costa Brava is another recommended area to celebrate weddings in Catalonia. From the infinity of spaces where we have worked we can recommend such beautiful and fantastic places as El Far de San Sebastia in Llafranc, El Cortal Gran in Sant Pere Pescador or Mas Torroella near Palafrugell.
And of course another of our favourite areas to work is La Cerdanya. It is a fantastic place for its summer climate and its landscapes where it is ideal to celebrate weddings and banquets outdoors. From this area we can recommend spaces such as Torre del Remei or La Formatgeria de Llivia.
